Your accountabilities will include:-

Market Analysis, carrying out analysis for informed marketing planning .

Product Information, liaising with the account managers to gather relevant information to circulate to the sales team.

Campaign planning and delivery, to plan and deliver appropriate campaigns to generate revenue. This will include Direct Marketing, Email Marketing, Online Marketing and providing Sales Support from a marketing perspective.

You will also be required to liaise with the business suppliers to ensure activities are delivered to timescales and the required quality.

Our client is looking for a part time Administrator / Account Manager.

This role is to work 2 days per week - 9.00am - 17.00pm

The ideal candidate must be confident with excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with clients.

You will be required to manage and keep in regular contact with clients.

Someone from an account management/PA background would be an advantage.

To assemble components guided by technical drawings within defined time limits.

To adjust when needed components to fit and produce quality assemblies with a minimum of supervision.

To test the finished product to ensure correct operation following the test procedures.

To maintain safe working practices and a high standard of housekeeping.  

An excellent opportunity has become available to join this established Norwich based business as a Contracts and Rights Liaison Officer.

Reporting into the department Manager you will be responsible for the management of the contracts and rights on behalf of their client.

This will prove to be a fascinating position that will involve checking for legalities with Trade Marks and Infringement processes.

Duties will include:

checking of intellectual property rights

the management of contracts

Inputting of contracts electronically

ensure the rights are managed and protected

liaise and work alongside legal advisers

manage infringement process

manage Trade Mark watching services.

You will need to be dedicated and extremely organised with great attention to detail and be an articulate communicator and have experience of dealing with clients on a daily basis. Experience or interest in Intellectual Property or legal work would be hugely advantageous.

Working for and representing this global organisation you will be required to service, repair and install a wide range of equipment in the field and in the Norwich based workshop.
