You will be responsible for the...

* Control of leads and distribution

* Recognise and action shortfalls

* To manage departments KPIs weekly and identify any training requirements of the Sales Team

* To ensure copy flow and completion of advertisements

* To check all National/Digital advertisements and check the content of all National Advertisements.

* Hold weekly sales meetings 

* To oversee the accounts status and bring to the attention of the Regional General Manager once a week the state of accounts and to control the debtors list

* Ensure that all suitable administration is carried out by the sales support to required standard.

* To cover staff sicknesses

* To supply a comprehensive department report by each month

* To ensure all holiday requests are dealt within 24 hours of receiving

* Monitor business etiquette ensuring that and appropriate business environment by the trade team, manage and discipline staff in contravention of this rule.

* To carry out all HR requirements.

* To attend relevant training courses and conferences

You must have a Management based background for this role encompassing a
wide range of proven skills and possessing a keen interest in sport,
preferably Golf, will be extremely advantageous.
