Major Objectives will include....
To plan resources and deliver cost effective and efficient support services to the Club Members.
To have executive responsibility for the day to day administration of the club and its premises.
Be responsible for all staff in the Club.
Contribute to the development of the Club's short and long term Business planning.
Other accountabilities are as follows....
Finance, Accounting and Financial Management, assisting in the preparation of annual financial budgets.
Control and oversee the day to day working tasks of the Greenkeeping staff.
Ensure all course equipment is in good working order.
Prepare for and attend all Committee meetings.
Develop and recommend social events.
Ensure that compliance with the Clubs License to sell alcohol is strictly observed.
You must have a Management based background for this role encompassing a wide range of proven skills and possessing a keen interest in sport, preferably Golf, will be extremely advantageous.
Salary: £17-18,000k plus a generous quartly bonus gained on achievements
